Activating the Securitron Army
After successfully updating the system, you must make a crucial choice regarding the dam's electrical output. You can choose to route the power to manually activate the hidden Securitron army bunker beneath the fort. Alternatively, you may choose to overload the power grid entirely if you prefer a fully chaotic independent state.
Activating the army provides you with an overwhelming force of upgraded MK II Securitrons to police the region. This decision directly influences the final slideshow and the long-term stability of New Vegas. Once the choice is finalized, you must head back outside to face the final leaders of the opposing factions.
Confronting Legate Lanius and General Oliver
Stepping out onto the eastern side of the dam leads you directly to the Legion's camp for a final showdown.
